Growth and Recognition
At SENP we believe that every individual should be recognized for his/her work and not just their position. SENP has a direct mechanism which gauges skills and past track record of sales to decide the level of each member. Initially, a member is simply a registered member and inorder to go up the ladder the member has to make sales and show his abilities. Given below is a table which will explain the ladder for membership growth.

Members making the most sales in each month are recognized on the SENP website and different publications as the sales Executive of the month.
A certificate is awarded for the same from the SENP.
