Growth and Recognition

At SENP we believe that every individual should be recognized for his/her work and not just their position. SENP has a direct mechanism which gauges skills and past track record of sales to decide the level of each member. Initially, a member is simply a registered member and inorder to go up the ladder the member has to make sales and show his abilities. Given below is a table which will explain the ladder for membership growth.

Approval for registration from SENP call center.

RSE

Registered Sales Executive

Member makes 3 sales in the past 30 days after joining SENP. Irrespective of the total sales he has made.

CSE

Certified Sales Executive

1-When member makes a minimum of 15 sales after joining SENP.


2-The member makes 5 sales in the past 30 days.


3-The member takes a small sales skills exam by SENP.

4

CPSE

Certified Professional Sales Executive

1-Member has made at least 50 sales after the time he has joined SENP.


2-Members gets positive feedback from their CSP's.


3-Member goes through professional training course by SENP and clears the test.

5

CPSM

Certified Professional Sales Manager

1-Member has worked as an active mentor for the SENP members.


2-Member has closed at least 100 deals.


3-Member has good domain knowledge of different sales verticals.


4-Member takes a sales managerial skills course and clears the test.


Members making the most sales in each month are recognized on the SENP website and different publications as the sales Executive of the month. A certificate is awarded for the same from the SENP.
