Code of Conduct

The SENP code of conduct has been put in place to promote productive communication and maximize the organizations impact for its registered members. By joining SENP the member agrees that he/she will abide by the following code of conduct thereby promoting a productive environment, ensuring confidentiality of information and promote good will in the community of sales professionals.

As a member of SENP, I pledge to;

• Inform my clients about all the facts, costs and time constraints attached with the product or service being sold.
• I shall go to the limits to acquire as much information as possible for the product or service I am to sell.
• I shall not make any fake promises or claims to sell the products or services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information that I may obtain as a member of The Sales Association.
• Strive for personal growth and continuing education as a sales and business development professional.
• Conduct my business affairs with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
